I was in town today for the first time in a while, took the bus in. There are more reports today that our only Lothian town service bus is to be removed. It sounds like the replacement will not come along the Queensferry Road which seems like an extraordinary decision. The out of town Stagecoach and City link buses come our way but don't stop at all stops and frequently are full when they get to us. How can the main road out of the city not have any local buses? Oh well, from our point of view as we have a bus pass, we won't be too badly affected but those without won't even be able to take advantage of the day saver or daily price cap fares. As I said a strange decision.
Ali and I went for a walk with Marvin the pug when she finished school this afternoon.
My blip is of the sky at around 4.30pm, quite dramatic. It's been a coolish day again today, but dry and with no wind so not unpleasant.
