Landing gear down....

Woke up with Pete starting down at me! surely it wasn't that late (it was only 7am!). up, and fed him, and settled down with a cuppa.

today is the promised good day of weather for the weekend. so, ain't going to waste a minute! a glorious blue sky, warmth, sun....i move away the gloves and scarf i wore yesterday...

breakfast done, and we were out over the fields by 8.30am. a fabulous morning. not many folks around too. we head up to the wood, and wander back through it, without seeing a soul. took this shot as i wandered through the wood, trying to balance on the mud in my slippy wellies.

back by 10am, and then a quick coffee before my first drive in 2 weeks to the garden centre. a few plants bought, and then back home to get them potted up.

lunch at mums with peter there too. back home and spent the rest of the afternoon weeding. i could enter the Weeding Olympics!! i'd win gold!!

Monkfish curry cooked for tea....went off recipe as i'd not got 3 of the ingrediants!

settling down to the Carl 'the cobra' Froch fight tonight, my first time as a paying customer of Sky Box Office!!
