Another day, another waterfall

Today a short walk to our final accommodation before heading south tomorrow. A taxi to Trochry and then a walk beside the River Braan and on to Dunkeld. A handy seat with a view of the falls for coffee at 11, then more river bank walking to our destination. Refreshments in the garden by the cathedral before a look at the church. The old cathedral ruin was closed due to the risk of falling masonry so we contented ourselves with the church.
Final mile through fantastic tree planting with huge Douglas firs and larches, arriving at our very grand hotel rather early. The room was ready though so we shall have coffee and tea!
