Worth the climb

The Castell de Bellver is almost immediately behind our hotel - straight up - first through the streets then steps through the gardens. We overheard another guide say about 650 steps! But it was worth it. The 360 degree views were staggering. 
The castle itself is an interesting building which also contains a museum about the history of the city.
