Eggs

One of our clients has chickens and this week he brought us some eggs. They are really quite small but I will use these Friday in a bread and butter pudding for the mental health group.
Another busy day at the cafe. 70 meals served again.
The freezer bleeped most of the afternoon as the door got jammed open ( my fault) and temperature in the cabinet got raised.
Home and a reviving cup of coffee 3 glasses of water and I feel almost human again.
CBS tonight and we may have a new member and Xabier our Spanish member is in Equador at the moment so he won’t be joining us again. But the good news is that he has finished his dissitation at long last - only taken him since lockdown.
