Busy day as Richard has to prepare for tomorrow’s hospital visit. He has to shower using special antiseptic wash in order to cut down the risk of MRSA.

A main meal at lunchtime to fuel him for this afternoon’s dialysis this afternoon. Our routines have had to change. I then went for a slow 7km run through the woods as Richard set off. Spotted a deer and pheasants but couldn’t capture them on my phone. The wildflowers made much better subjects.

Home and some batch cooking for the freezer.
