Countdown

In less than a month we will be taking part in the annual Open Gardens  in our small town and the posters for it arrived today.

So its time to weed out those plants and shrubs that never made it through the winter due to the severe frost before Christmas followed by a long wet spell.

Our 15ft high cordylines are the biggest losses. Do we cut them down or leave them where they make strange sculptural shapes? I vote we leave them.
