Through the key hole...
After a nightmare journey home (bank holiday weekend traffic and the M25) I took myself off to Winkworth Arboretum to recover some sense of equilibrium.
Much of the ground was covered with a thick carpet of bluebells, but I think a return visit (with more time) is needed to make the most of them. However, I was rather pleased with this focus stack alternative. The cleft is in a hollowed out tree trunk, conveniently placed in the middle of a lush patch of bluebells. There was a narrow path leading up to it, but I did need to be careful about where I positioned my tripod.
