Ploughed through

The farm next door has seen a bit more activity than usual over the past week, so after work I walked round to the footpath just along the road to see what had been going on. Normally the fields are left as pasture with sheep sometimes grazing there. It looks as if the new farmers have gone in for arable. In the process they have ploughed straight across the footpath so it is nearly impossible to walk on it and no clear line of its route. I am hopeful that it is temporary and that they will restore it when it comes to sowing the crop.
