These blue pinwheels are set up on a church lawn downtown for National Child Abuse Prevention Month. Each "pinwheel represents the great childhood that every child deserves, and the role we each play in providing a loving and supportive environment for the children in our lives," according to Project Harmony, which puts on the campaign.
