Not the traffic jam!

I had a blip for today. Got it all ready in the two hours that we sat in the car on the M25, stuck in a huge queue, the motorway closed because of an accident. It was a great picture, with four lanes of traffic, a super range of vehicles, all bumper to bumper, a motorway closed sign, lots of reflections and a blue sky. Oh happy day! It was transferred to my iPad and was already to go.

Then . . .

. . . when we finally arrived in Kent and hastened round to see the grandchildren before they went to bed, we realised why they were so keen that we should make it.

Do you want to see the chickens? Two voices shouted from the doorstep.

They have chickens, four of them, just arrived today. And the children couldn't be more thrilled. So, instead of the miserable old traffic jam, here is joyfully . . . a chicken called Kylie.
