...the start of the parking restrictions and traffic reduction plans in our 'hood. I think the guys were just waiting for the black stuff to dry before painting over the 'Permit Holders Only' letters with white paint. Maybe the black stuff makes the markings adhere better.....

Dave took Robb up to the station to see him off on his long journey south. I was completely knackered after last night's jollities, so watching the road painters out of the window was as exciting as it got.
