Bread

Made bread this afternoon since we had run out. This is D's loaf made with spelt 300g, durum 200g, maize 50g, potato 50g and tapioca 150g with about 450ml of water with yeast and sugar. The recipe was accidental but worked well by all accounts.

Mine also came out well but just boring tapioca, corn and potato.

We recently bought a bread machine but I just used it's dough function today.
