Beach
A back Blip of Harrington shore in the evening. I chose this photo as I liked where the mother and her adult daughter were positioned; the range of colour of the pebbles and another example of Workington rails. I think this foreground example was used to attach the rail to the sleepers and also to groynes as sea defences.
Tomorrow is the start of the long weekend and I hope everyone has an enjoyable time. Maybe I will fine a secluded spot in the Lake District and take some photos. Who knows?
On the internet there are old photos of Harrington and will give an overview of what Harrington was like and what it is like now. There are other places called Harrington in different places within the world.
