Rest Day

Just a quick Blip. A rest day. Feeling very fatigued but pain has been thankfully much lower today.

I have rested up, ate and did some light housework and a load of laundry. Yesterday has taken it out of me but I feel it was worth it.

I started this book (today’s Blip) last night before bed and enjoying it so far.
