Meet Waddle.

That time of year again when school incubate and hatch chickens eggs. Two hatched without problems.  Waddle was very weak and couldn't stand or walk. I was in work yesterday so could give extra attention. We ended up bringing Waddle home, several night feeds later , she can now stand and eat independently ( with lots of encouragement.  She's going to be just fine. I will bring all the chicks home this evening as it's a long weekend. I've ordered another brooder which will arrive today. Vienna has fallen madly in love with her.

 Super proud of her: she did a night feed and let me sleep. She's taking excellent care of her. I just hope she can part with her when the times right.
