Rainbow Lorikeet Attempts Ostrich Impersonation

I felt a bit better today, my temperature seems back to normal so just the (what my dad used to call) the 'muck and bullets' stage of the cold to go.

I took a very gentle stroll around the local park as I was going stir-crazy. This Rainbow Lorikeet does have a beak, honestly - he was just reluctant to show it while he had his head in the nectar.
