Thank you for all your kind comments I’m sure we will get sorted out eventually. 

A quieter more manageable day. Pilates for me first thing. Tried out my new Paramo waterproof. Just the job a damp morning. 

Richard was required to be at the hospital early to get a transfusion and dialysis. He was home by seven so much better and fitted in with getting a decent hot meal.

I popped round to catch up with a friend. Which provided a much needed distraction.

Good to have a break over the weekend. 

Forgot this was a milestone but not really had the time to think of a special blip.
