Up on the moors

The terrain is rugged and and the scenery bleakly beautiful.   There is a hotchpotch of colours as new growth comes through and the brown of burn off still remains.  Later on the hills will be ablaze with the pinks and purples of the Heather.  The stone houses sit neatly in the landscape and at a first glance not always seen.
