Rio Grande

Today, my photography guru, Michael DeYoung, and his wife Lauri went for a paddle on the Rio Grande just South of Taos, NM.

I created this image to show the environment as the river flows South toward it's eventual destination, the Gulf of Mexico. One wonders if it goes dry somewhere along that route?
