Expanded Lake

Normally the lake stops where the swan is. We are definitely in need of rain so no one is complaining, apparently the underground reservoirs are/were  at 1/3 of their usual levels. 

It was good to see so many people at the gardening sales, Les Bucoliques, at the Abbaye de Salaz in our village this morning, despite the rain. I bought some plants and now am mentally planning the reconstruction of a part of the garden that is very neglected!
