Low clouds in the rain

Just a rainy day today. I had a doctor's appointment this morning. I'm healthier than before. My blood pressure is good, and I've lost weight. The weight loss (about 20 pounds; 9 kilograms) is likely because of all the walking and better eating I did in Europe. And since the weather is finally better here, I am walking more.

I got a raise at work today. Good news all around. It was 4%! Biggest raise I've ever had, and it actually shows up on my paycheck. I've only ever gotten around 1.5% at my previous jobs, and that was so small I couldn't even tell. I'm feeling pretty good.
