Orange

It's that time again and the male orange tips are out and about and it was just my luck that I was too with camera in hand.

He was in a beautiful field of dandelions  and I'd initially jumped over the gate (oh yes I did!) after a fast disappearing hare. Flattening myself as best I could amongst the flowers I got a few shots. 

Further down the road there was a pair of wheatears which I spent ages watching hoping they would get a bit closer but no.

Out to dinner tonight so no cooking - fabulouso!
