Bush with Red Leaves has just started sprouting

This Red Leaf Bush is in Billy's Shared Garden. 
Many of the other Flowers, Plants and Trees wakened up a few weeks ago after the Winter.
The one in the photo has just started to bloom since I saw it a few days ago. I had wondered if it had died. I said Hooray when I saw it today.
It still looks quite bare. It is my favourite in that Garden.
