Some very fancy tulips

These are gradually changing from green to red. Somewhere I'll have a copy of last year's bulb order so I can find out what they are called.

More apologies for not keeping up with anyone's journals recently.

We've been dividing our time between the garden, the boat and the grandchildren which is all quite time-consuming and leaves too little time for blipping.

We didn't go sailing after all this weekend so that we can head back up to the Black Isle on Monday. We easily filled the day on board. One end of the boat is more finished and the back cabin has been dismantled to find where the rain has been getting in. The next step is to buy the right sort of gloop and wait for a dry day to do a mend.

The weather forecast for tomorrow is dismal in any  case!  We really are fair weather sailors.
