Langdale boulders

Beautiful day, dry and warm in the lakes. On day 2 of the canoeing/climbing weekend. Drove over to langdale. We did some of the chapel stile circuit above the village. Then headed to a little cluster of boulders slightly further up the valley. 

Great short problems and a cracking view of the pikes and pavey ark. 

Then long drive home.

I'm a bit concerned about Toby's climbing experiences. He started bouldering at the wall 6 months ago, since then he's climbed in Burbage valley on gritstone, in the lakes on slate and in Fontainebleau on sandstone. There's a risk we're going to peak too soon on the quality climbing locations....
