Notes: Mostly gray day w/ bouts of rain, and some thunderstorms - fantastic! I feel so much better, more energized and more in tune with myself on these kinds of days ... Did laundry and some cleaning, also made 2 kinds of fat bombs (dark cocoa, cinnamon) and cooked up my first batch of organic strawberry jam (w/ fresh lemon juice, monkfruit sweetener cooked down and then chia seeds to thicken) - came out great! Was the most exciting piece of toast I've ever eaten! Went to the pool in the drizzly and swam a little to cool off and then showered. Mid afternoon, decided to run to Food Patch - mostly for non-fortified nutritional yeast (they didn't have the one I wanted) but also grabbed another lemon and big ACV. Most of the day was exactly like I prefer ... I often wonder why I live in the sunshine state - waayyyy too much sun.
