This lovely little face

Is by my front door, and I enjoy seeing it every time I come home. After everything that happened yesterday I decided to have quite an easy day today.  I talked to a few friends and my son on the phone. Then went to the allotment where I worked in warm sunshine for a couple of hours. Such a treat. Did a lot of weeding, and then planted my potatoes, having added some of my own compost to the soil - from the bin where I put all the veg peeling and coffee grounds. I’ve discovered that those bags which cards and magazines are sometimes wrapped in, that claim to be compostable, really aren’t:)
