Oilseed rape

We are surrounded by this crop which is bright and beautiful until it starts to wilt and then there is a smell!  Difficult to harvest as the seed is so small the trailers have to be lined and examined beforehand for cracks and openings.  The tiny black seed flows like water and escapes if it is given half a chance.
