Last day in Berlin before exiting Paradise
The main blip (on a similar exit theme) is the weirdest Adam and Eve I have ever seen; note the androgynously humanoid serpent. The painting is by Hugo van der Goes, a Netherlandish master from the fifteenth century who is currently being shown at the Gemäldegalerie.
The extras are 1) an attention-grabbing new building near the Hauptbahnhof, all angles and reflections, and 2) a sample of the ubiquitous Berlin street pipes (always pink or purple or both), which I just learned are used to suck groundwater out of construction sites.
