Thought of (grand)Mother

Silly story?  In the early stages of Mother's Marbles slowly leaking away, she'd keep her Hanky (s) tucked down the front of her dress; pretty much as in the up a sleeve concept.  One day she was seen peering down her eased forward Dress and announcing:-
"I used to have two."   Sotto Voce chuckles ensued.

Well - I had a pretty similar feeling.  I have just checked and can't find earlier ref than this - so - to be in the ground it'll be at least 2014 purchase.

It went up to two, at least during '17-'19 but back to one again.

Hence the "Motherism".
