Dinner time
Everything's going well. Not touched anything sugary apart from 85% cocoa square of chocolate. Have to build it to higher percentages.
My dinner tonight was:
100% steak mince sausages (butchers can make these specifically)
Sweet potato with Kerrygold
Carrots
Kale and spring greens with garlic and chilli
Gluten free gravy
Healthy doesn't have to be boring! :)
