Prepping a Suprise

Plans for a walk were abandoned when we woke to a grey, wet day. Instead we set to work on lentil soup and a sausage surprise.  Today’s surprise is that there isn’t much sausage to go in it, but plenty of veggies and black beans instead.

Good to welcome home the sound man tonight, after a long stint away.
