Governors Bay Jetty

The jetty has been closed since 2011 earthquake damage but a $3.5 million project is building a new jetty beside the old one. Handrails and the deck have been installed to about half way, with completion of the project due mid to late June 2023.  Then the old jetty will be demolished, with keen buyers purchasing the discarded wood.
