I can't for the life of me recall what this autumn flower is?  It was also in my winter arrangement blip a few days ago.  I used the Lensbaby today with the macro glass.
Foggy most of the day again, so depressing.  Both Doug and I have sore backs so happy enough to take it easy today.  A real pain in the arse well back actually.  I did nothing at all, turned to take something out of the fridge and wham bam, the pain almost reduced me to my knees.
