Shelter from the storm...

With the heavy rain yesterday and last night, nearly 3 inches of it, the Back Porch Cafe had to bring out the awning!  This little chipmunk looked so cute sheltering under the umbrella,  Malcolm wasn't all that concerned about the downpours and paced back and forth in front like a bouncer at the door.  There will be a break in our rainy week this afternoon and I will run to the store.  It is May 1st, the Celtic first day of summer although it doesn't feel very summery yet but the grass is getting nicely green.
