Yeah for a bank holiday!

No incoming phone calls or emails. All is still and peaceful and I can recuperate after what has been a busy couple of weeks (with two full teaching weekends at the end of each). I am really grateful for the additional bank holiday weekend coming up too, as that will mean a further 3 full days off. 

We took Caesar in the car down to the duck pond /woods near Bradley Gardens, as he can't walk very far. He was so happy to be in our familiar walking territory (we used to walk from home and back in a circular route on a daily basis). I then popped into the beautiful shop within the walled garden and treated myself to my favourite candle! It was warm and sunny...but, of course, it soon changed to cold and rainy in the early afternoon!!!! Blooming weather!!!!
