Waiting at the grade crossing.
And hoping the train is not a mile long!
Reminded me of a road trip around Lake Ontario back in 1971. We got stuck at a crossing in Rochester, upper New York State by a rather slow moving train of coal hoppers. In time honoured style I started counting but dozed off at 99! If you do the math given an average hopper length of about 40 feet, you get something like 1300 plus yards.
Another cool day but at least the rain stayed away until we took Chloe for a walk this evening!
