Autumn

I think I spoke too soon about the arrival of the chill, when this morning was a grey one, and the chill in the air was real.

Fortunately, by the time we arrived at the Emmerentia botanical gardens, the sun showed its face, and our long walk through the gardens ended up with sun burnt cheeks, and lots of run ins with dogs enjoying an outing.

A takeaway late lunch finished “workers day”, and thankfully I wasn’t working.
