Ten minutes past 5

Not a straightforward day - but then, are they ever?  Late in the afternoon I walked down to the village church which has been decorated ahead of the Coronation.  Very pretty!  But I am very much a black and white person so perhaps not so pretty!

We were very interested yesterday to have a long conversation with our son who views the monarchy in a very different way.  He is not anti monarchy but just has the younger perspective.  I've decided to go with our dog - whoever provides me with food and entertainment!
