Trainspotter

We packed up a picnic lunch and the doggies and headed out to Darnholme to see the trains on NYMR. Darnholme is at the top of the hill coming from Grosmont and just before Goathland station.

It was very busy when we drove through Goathland,(home of “Heartbeat”) lots of walkers and people sitting outside the cafes eating icecream.

We stayed around long enough to see a couple of trains

On the way home we decided to take a well earned refreshment at The Fox and Rabbit.
