A Sea of Tulips

I visited the Victoria Embankment Gardens next to the Embankment Station this afternoon. I wanted to find out if the cafe was reopened after its refurbishment. It opens on Wednesday and I am meeting a friend there on Friday afternoon. Phew just in time. It was very busy in town with demonstrations and they are also preparing for next weekends coronation.

The tulip display this year is magnificent. Extra is a white Azalia I think as it has a lovely perfume.
