A family tradition

The theme for MonoMonday is 'tradition'. One of our family traditions is to stay active and fit. I thought that the logo from the t-shirt and the wooden 'medal' from yesterday's 10K walk would work. My daughter, granddaughters, cousins and I had such a good time, and all of us are definitely active and fit!

Thanks to everyone for comments, stars and hearts for yesterday's 10K walk photo, all much appreciated! I haven't had a chance to catch up with journals and might not until later in the week. G and I have to go into Victoria tomorrow.
