like it is in reality with fog bound mornings,trying to 'make good' a blanked out view is what it seemed like when trying to process 'fog' photos. My brain wants to make the image more contrasty and pull out as much detail as it can, when in fact it is best perhaps to leave it as it is. Let the blanked out tonal masses tell the story. Revel in its grayness. Maybe I should even admit that most of my daily thinking falls into this category. Perhaps I should learn to let go of irrelevant detail, use my intuition and appreiciation of 10 shades of gray as my compass.
