Sawfly

I think this is Solomon’s Seal sawfly..
It was on our Solomon’s seal and according to Google that’s what it is. Nasty critters. Their offspring destroy the leaves when they hatch.
If it isn't one of those and is a perfectly polite harmless little thing which just eats grass or slugs then humble apologies to it.
