Cotswold beauty

What a beautiful time to be in the countryside! The old medieval villages in the Cotswolds are a delight with their small cottages, many of them thatched, gold weathered dry-stone walls filled with mosses and lichens, blossoming trees and lush bright lime greenness. We enjoyed our forays outdoors in spite of the dull weather and catching up with family was lovely. 

The motorway was fine!  Back home on the south coast it’s a sunny, balmy evening. We might even manage a walk before dinner.
