This isn't helping

Work from home today because L had  a few rdvs 
Hamstring still hurting after Sunday run, so took a walk around vineyards with Léo. instead of running.
Pic of Léo relaxing in garden. He is off his food again. Maybe because of young Yorkshire down the road on heat.
