Catkins

The park across the road from us is gradually coming to life. In additions to these catkins,  other trees are coming into leaf and the wild cherry trees planted by volunteers are in blossom. 

Tonight I made Moroccan butternut squash and chickpea casserole for tea - it was rather tasty. I roasted the squash beforehand in our new-ish air-fryer -  its the latest in a long line of kitchen gadgets  and I'm impressed by the results. 

I also practiced some yoga at home - I'd fallen out of the habit and am trying to re-establish my practice.
