Farewells and welcomes

Another picture of this fine vessel; this time taking her leave. Having got up at 5.30am to watch her sail out of port, it's definitely my image of the day.

Changing the subject to welcomes, I was afforded a very warm one today when I took up my new desk space in a shared office hub. I am very happy with the arrangement and immensely relieved not to have to work from home anymore. 

Other news, we are in a general state of chaos as daughter J's pending move-out-in is fast approaching, and we have so much to do and have done very little of it so far!

Time to call it a day, in fact the day is actually done + 4 minutes. Why is it so late? Yikes!
