My sore throat was worse overnight, and now have a cough and aches and pains, so not an allergic reaction to gluten as I had first suspected. Tried to take my mind off it by having a short walk locally, and then tried doing a bit of weeding, but my back was too sore. Spent the afternoon sleeping.
